FAQ’S

  • We are a full-service community pharmacy, meaning we dispense prescription medications, assess & prescribe for minor ailments like UTIs, cold sores, acne, acid reflux, etc, and provide vaccinations for flu, COVID, HPV, travel, and more.

    Our team specializes in PrEP, PEP, and HIV medications - that's what we do on the daily!

  • We accept nearly all Ontario insurance plans including Manulife, Sun Life, Blue Cross, Green Shield, Great West Life, school insurance plans and more. Just bring in your drug card (physical or digital), and we will be happy to help!

  • Yes! To transfer your prescription to our pharmacy, fill out the form above, or tell us which medication you need and the name and phone number of the other pharmacy. The process typically takes 10-20 minutes.

  • Our pharmacists are able to renew & extend prescriptions for certain medications. If appropriate following a quick assessment, we can provide you with a supply of medication to last until you are able to see your prescriber.

  • We are a PrEP and sexual health clinic, meaning we provide assessments for PrEP, PEP, HIV & STI testing, DoxyPEP, Viagra & Cialis, and more.

  • Yes! We are able to order medications that we don’t currently have available in 1-2 business days. We can also order over-the-counter items & supplements for you too - just ask us and we’ll take care of you.

  • Absolutely! Tell us which medication you need, which prescriber you are seeing, and the fax number to send it to.

  • Yes! We are a Swiftpost partner, which means we serve the community with Purolator drop-offs and certain Amazon returns at our Queen St W location.

    We can accept 1) labelled & packaged Purolator returns, or 2) QR codes for most label-less, package-less returns.
